Installation of  High-Precision planetary gearbox

(1) Wipe the rust inhibitor, grease, etc. on the shaft

(2) Remove the rubber stopper
  (3) Rotate the input shaft to align the hole of the fastening screw with the plug hole. At this time, please confirm that the fastening bolt is loose (4) Insert the shaft into the coupling slowly with the mounting surface of the reducer facing up. Be careful not to hit the coupling. Make sure that the flange face is close to the flange face of the reducer. Tighten the mounting screws to the specified tightening torque
(5) Use a torque wrench, etc., to tighten the coupling fastening screws to the specified tightening torque (6) Install the upper rubber stop, and the installation is completed
